2TbspCoconut Oil
4tspSweetener (All natural flavor enhancer)
2tspMolto Dolce Sweet Creamer
Instructions
Arrange 10 mini Baking Cup Liners in a mini muffin pan.
Bottom Layer - Chocolate Peanut Butter Mixture
In a tiny bowl combine 2 Squares (14 g) Bakers Chocolate and 2 tsp Coconut Oil and microwave for 1 minute. Stir with spoon and continue to microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring until mixture is dissolved and mixed well.
Ad 3 tsp Sweetener and 1 tsp of Molto Dolce and stir until dissolved.
Add 2 tsp Peanut Butter and stir until mixed well.
Measure and pour 1 tsp of this Chocolate Peanut Butter mixture into each of the 10 mini Baking Cup Liners.
Refrigerate 1 hour or more.Note - For faster recipe put in freezer for 30 minutes before pouring the next layer on top of this one.
Middle Layer - Peanut Butter center
In a tiny bowl combine 2 tsp Coconut Oil and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Ad 4 tsp Sweetener and 1 tsp of Molto Dolce and stir until dissolved evenly.
Add 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter and stir until well mixed and smooth
Measure and pour 2 tsp of this Peanut Butter mixture into each of the 10 mini Baking Cup Liners on top of the Chocolate Peanut Butter Base (that should be firm after chilling).
Refrigerate 1 hour or more.Note - For faster recipe put in freezer for 30 minutes before pouring the next layer on top of this one.
Top Layer - Milk Chocolate
In a tiny bowl combine 2 Squares (14 g) Bakers Chocolate and 2 tsp Coconut Oil and microwave for 1 minute. Stir with spoon and continue to microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring until mixture is dissolved and mixed well.
Ad 4 tsp Sweetener and 2 tsp of Molto Dolce and stir until dissolved evenly.
Measure and pour approximately 1 1/4 tsp of this Milk Chocolate mixture into each of the 10 mini Baking Cup Liners on top of the Peanut Butter middle layer (that should be firm after chilling).
Refrigerate 1 hour or more.Note - For faster recipe put in freezer for 30 minutes before pouring the next layer on top of this one.
