Donut Baking Mix

Coconut Butter Melted
Instructions
In small bowl mix 1 T. MCT Oil, 1 T. Water and 2 T. liquid Egg Substitute.
Add packet of Donut Mix, plus 1 tsp Baking Powder (optional) and mix with spoon.
Pour into 6 Donut Molds. (Prepared with Non-stick spray)
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove donuts from molds and drizzle with glaze of choice.
Glaze
In a very small bowl Microwave 1 T. Coconut Butter just until melted.
Add 1 t. Glaze mix and stir with spoon until dissolved.
Drizzle over Donuts while mixture is still warm and melted.
Note* for sweeter glaze, add 2 t. Glaze mix to 1 T. melted Coconut Butter.
