In separate bowl combine dry ingredients: Almond Flour, Donut Mix, Cornstarch, Pecans and Holly Nog Creamer. Mix by hand with a spoon.
Add dry ingredients to the melted coconut oil and stir with spoon until combined. If still crumbly after mixing, press with spoon until dough sticks together.
Divide into 12 portions of dough, rolling each one in your hands forming a ball and placing on greased cookie tray. Flatten with a fork .
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
